am searching for the birthparents of my mother and my aunt. According to
their birth certificates
(which
may have been altered), my mom and her fraternal twin sister were born at the
Masonic
Hospital
in Chicago on March 6, 1955, and the doctor was Joseph Poticia. The names
on their birth
certificates (altered) are Jan Lynn Schermer
and Joy Leslie Schermer. The last name of their birthmother
may have been Buehler. They were
adopted by Bernerd and Terry Schermer of Clayton (St. Louis), MO.
This was a private adoption arranged by attorney J L Sachs, and it may have
been "black market" –
so the birthmother may not know that she gave
birth to more than one child or that the girls lived.
My mother has a theory that her adoptive father is, in fact, her biological
father.
She and my aunt are blonde, fair-skinned,
blue-eyed, and petite, and they suffer from
high
blood pressure and depression. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Searching
at the request of my brothers who were born as triplets on March 25, 1969
in Holyoke Massachusetts. One of the babies
died shortly after birth, but there are suspicious
circumstances surrounding the
"death" and both surviving brothers feel strongly that he was taken
illegally and adopted by another family. A
few years ago one of my brothers received a letter from
somebody looking for a Kane Riley who was
born in Providence Hospital in Holyoke, MA on March 25 –
but the year given was different from his
birth year so he threw the letter away. He later realized the birth
year could have been changed, but he was
unable to retreive the letter. They were very small at birth
(the baby who "died" weighed only 3
lbs) and they remained very small throughout thier childhoods –
small enough to have easily passed for a
child much younger than their actual age. Due to family
hardships (fire, etc...) my family was
frequently on the news and my mother's pregnancy for triplets
was highly publicized - as were the births.
From what I've been told by my brothers, my mother told
them that another woman was in the hospital
at the same time who gave birth to a son possibly on
the same day. That baby had a heart condition
or some sort of medical problem and wasn't expected
to live. The woman and her husband were
supposedly wealthy. Then my mother's baby died and that
woman's baby made a miraculous recovery. My
mother was never shown the baby after being told of his death.
There was no funeral or burial service.
Searching

July 21, 1963 at Columbia Hospital for Women in Washington, DC.I have a twin,
we were separated at birth.
Possible dob on twins birth certificate might be July 24, 1963 as I was told

My mother and father were married in December
